To cancel a course subscription is very easy. You just click on the trash symbol, next to the course title and the course is irrepealably deleted.

The procedure will be certified by a message of the system.

Irrepealably means, that you are not a participant of the course anymore. We suggest to only use only the cancel function, if you accidentally subscribed for the course or you are really not interested in the course anymore. Otherwise you should stay subscribed, this has the advantage that you are always able to recall the course documents even after the archiving (which happens after every term with older courses).

Attach: gelb.gif At a few courses it is possible, that you will not see the trash symbol and you are unable to cancel the course subscription. That always happens if you are a lecturer or a tutor of this course. As a tutor the corresponding lecturer must eject you as a tutor and as a lecturer you have no choice and you have to stay subscribed.

Cancel subscription

Abonnements kündigen

Genau so leicht wie Sie eine Veranstaltung abonnieren können, können Sie sich auf wieder von Veranstaltungen trennen - auch dies ermöglicht Ihnen die Veranstaltungsübersichtsseite. Dazu dient die Mülltonne am rechten Bildschirmrand:

Das Löschen einer Veranstaltung funktioniert denkbar einfach: Sie klicken einfach auf die Tonne und die Veranstaltung ist weg. Unwideruflich.

Der Löschvorgang wird mit einer entsprechenden Meldung des Systems bestätigt.

Unwideruflich weg bedeutet in diesem Fall, dass Sie in dieser Veranstaltung nicht mehr Teilnehmer sind. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die Löschfunktion nur dann zu verwenden, wenn Sie eine Veranstaltung versehentlich abonniert haben oder Sie diese Veranstaltung tatsächlich nicht interessiert. Ansonsten sollten Sie Teilnehmer der Veranstaltung bleiben, auch wenn das Semester schon zu Ende ist. Das hat den Vorteil, dass Sie auch nach der Archivierung (die nach jedem Semester mit alten Veranstaltungen stattfinden) noch an sämtliche Veranstaltungsdaten kommen, da das System weiß, dass Sie Teilnehmer waren.

Bei einigen Veranstaltungen kann es sein, dass Sie keine Mülltonnen sehen und damit nicht die Möglichkeit haben, die Veranstaltung zu löschen. Das passiert immer dann, wenn Sie entweder Dozent oder Tutor in dieser Veranstaltung sind. Als Tutor muss Sie der entsprechende Dozent der Veranstaltung erst als Tutor entlassen. Als Dozent haben Sie keine Wahl -Sie müssen dabei bleiben.
