This dialog will be opened by the Report a problem action menu item of each room component. This feature can also be referred to as Feedback.
It is intended to provide a full feedback (not only a description, but also technical information) and report to the support.
NOTE: Admin is able to define another support email, and also it is possible that admin configure the plugin in a way that it set the sender email of this feedback either to anonymous (system) or current user's Stud.IP email.
The problem description is 'Required.'
Some technical information are extracted automatically by the plugin itself, however it is a good practice to add those that are missing precisely.
