To prepare for this, a practical exercise follows:

• Move to the Feedback forum. You have already learned how to do this.
• Click on the “Free test area” topic.
• You now see the postings which have already been submitted on this topic.
• Click on the “Answer this” link below the top contribution.
• You can now write your first test entry. Describe your first impression of Stud.IP or the weather — whatever you feel like discussing.
• Click on “Send” and look to see where your contribution has gone.
• Leave the Forum area by selecting the Files Tab. You now see the course’s Folder area—term papers and other documents are submitted and downloaded there. Click on the General Information Folder . You now see your test file—click on the arrow next to the Leaf icon , a description of the file opens up and you see two buttons. Click on

to download this file to your computer.

• Now try out the different tabs and their functions — do not worry you cannot damage anything.
